World Cup Terms & Conditions
There is a minimum stay of 3 consecutive nights. Breakfast (set menu) is included in these rates over this period. Full payment must be paid within 7 days of the booking being made in order to secure the reservation. If payment is not made and cleared within 7 days we will consider the booking to be cancelled. Payment is 100% non-refundable and non-transferable. If you do not check in to the hostel within 3 hours of your agreed arrival time on the first day of your booking the entire reservation will be cancelled and the rooms made available to others. A security deposit of R500 cash will be taken from all guests on check in which will be returned on check out subject to any damage above what is considered to be fair wear and tear. The decision of Africad Tours (PTY) Ltd is final in all matters. Failure to comply with any or all of these terms and conditions will result in the booking being cancelled
