Following an overland trip across Africa a "few" years ago we decided to give up the 9-5 and start a backpackers in Zambia. After staying in loads of places on our travels we decided that we wanted our hostel to be a clean, fun place to stay where you can get great travel advice. We then started our own safaris in Zambia with the principal of "quality safaris at an affordable cost". After all whether you've paid $1000 for a hotel room or a $50 safari tent it’s the same Lion that your looking at.

Using the same principle for our hostels, quality at an affordable price, we've still got Lusaka Backpackers, and now have Johannesburg Backpackers and Cape Town Backpackers.

About Cape Town Backpackers

About the area
Located halfway between the V&A Waterfront and Table Mountain in the City Bowl, and only a 5 minute walk to Long Street, Cape Town Backpackers is perfect for exploring everything that Cape Town has to offer. Just off Park Road and Kloof Street, this area is renowned for delicious restaurants, busy cafés and trendy drinking spots. Museums, shops, ATMs are all within walking distance and the beautiful beaches are a 5 minute drive away.
